Refund Policy

At ThrottleGrid, we strive to provide the highest level of satisfaction and an exceptional racing game experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Cancellations & Refunds Sessions cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking are non-refundable, but we may offer a reschedule depending on availability. No-shows without notice are not eligible for a refund or credit. Events & Tournaments Tickets to tournaments or special game events are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by ThrottleGrid. If an event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date, or you may request a credit. Merchandise & Gift Cards All merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase, unused and in original packaging, to qualify for a refund or exchange. Digital products (such as game credits or gift cards) are non-refundable once delivered.
